Thetford Connect Cycling and Walking Routes
Thetford Connect is a network of cycling and walking routes between key destinations within the town. Most of the routes are signed as cycle and pedestrian routes, but a few are pedestrian only. There are a few gaps in the network where routes do not quite join up.
The map below shows the Thetford Connect network. Combined walking and cycling routes are shown in dark blue; the walking only routes are shown in light blue.
Over the years, a number of the signs have been lost, e.g. through vandalism or when the lamp-posts they were attached to were replaced. It seems that the County Council has not prioritised replacing the missing signs.
