Extraction of sand and gravel on land at North Farm, Barnham
An application by Mick George to extract sand and gravel from a new quarry south of Thetford, and then to restore the land after 4 to 5 years when excavations have finished. The application is relevent to Thetford because of its proximety, and because the plans would result in increased HGV traffic along Bury Road in the town.

Kinsfleet Phase 1a (part 2) Reserved Matters Planning Application
An application by Kier Living to build 130 houses on the remaining plot of phase 1a of the Kingsfleet development to the north of the town.
Conversion and Extension of The Dolphin Inn to form 6 dwellings
An application by Gold Leaf Property Investments Ltd to convert the Grade II listed former public house on Old Market Street into 6 residential properties.
Application validated 21st August 2019. Decision expected by 31st January 2020.
